Dolpo is the most fascinating and least develop district of Nepal. Upper Dolpo Trekking route is a remote and perfect area near the Tibetan border of Nepal. The Tsum valley is one of the most isolated valleys in Nepal. located in the Manaslu section high up close the chinese border, the whole area has a distinct Tibetan buddhist feel to it and is relatively un-trekking by hikers. Most of the 14 days are trekked at elevation over 3000m. With the height and with walking days stretching from 5 to7 hours a fairly good level of fitness is vital for it.The trek to Tsum valley takes you keen on the majestic environment of the Ganesh Himal Sringi Himal and Boudha himal ranges. In the initial days of the trek, we explore the Budhi Gandaki valley through a mix of fense forest, terraced fields and prominence villages. As we leave the main Manaslu trail for the Tsum yalley suddenly we get a feeling of entering truly into the hidden valley or a lost world. While on the trek we also pass through the alpine forest glacial rivers and enjoy the warm generosity of ethnic people.
