Sirubari Village Trek is perhaps the first award-winning village to promote homestay-based tourism. Ran by Gurung communities, it ranks number one in community-managed tourism in Nepal. The village will mesmerize you with its warm, hospitality, unspoiled tradition, and picturesque Himalayan ranges.
Sirubari village is situated at 1700m elevation thus offering magnificent glimpses of Annapurna Himalayan ranges. The village lies just 30 km west of Pokhara and is best to be visited from September to June.

Sirubari is a model village in Nepal that practices sustainable tourism. A local Management committee comprising of mother’s group makes most of the management decisions. The locals are friendly and well-educated about tourism.
The accommodation is simple and foods are locally sourced and hygienically prepared. Mostly Nepali dishes such as Daal-bhaat consisting of rice, lentils, and fresh vegetables are offered. Nearby are a community-funded Primary Health center, a Veterinary hospital, an agricultural service center, and a forest plantation adding new feelings.
Day 01:Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel.
Day 02:Cultural sightseeing in and around Kathmandu and preparation for the trek
Day 03:Kathmandu to Pokhara
Day 04:Pokhara to Arjunchaupati and trek to Sirubari
Day 05:Wake up early and start hiking to Dahare hill for sunrise views. Explore the village and its surroundings then drive back to Pokhara.
Day 06:Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Day 07:Free rest day, shopping and farewell dinner in the evening.
