For booking any trip with us, a photocopy of your passport, passport size photo and 25% of the total amount (Non-refundable as a security of company) is required to deposit. The rest of payment can be cleared up on arrival at our office.

(For credit card payments, 4% extra will be levied to you for a credit card processing fee.)
You're booking (7 days before to tour starting date of Nepal trips only, but such booking will not be acceptable for, Tibet and Bhutan).
We are trust worthy providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of theirs’ own policies.
Therefore Nepal-Tibet Trekking and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snowing, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.
Cancellation & Booking Changes
1. Cancellation information must be made minimum 20 days before our trip starts in written document or in e-mail, such notice will be proceed as soon as we get. Cancellation shall be valid with approval from the company after receiving documentation. The trip shall then be cancelled and a cancellation charge of 30% of the trip amount would be to cut off from the advance payment.
2. There will be no refund to clients who make cancelation less than 20 days before trip departure and if a clients leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily, involuntarily or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. There will be no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.
3. If you require other changes to your original tour, the person that booked the tour must submit a written document with changes required. While every procedure will be made, changes cannot be guaranteed.<
4. If you are interrupted from traveling on the tour by normal circumstances, for example (without restriction) because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, you may postpone or transfer your booking to another person, provided they meet all the requirements relating to that tour. You require showing proof of why you are unable to travel at the time you change your booking. If you postpone or transfer this tour no less than two weeks prior earlier to trip departure, a fee of $100.00US per person is required. There will be no options available 14 days before trip departure.
We will not make any refund to any tour member in case of incomplete tour, trek or expedition because of any reasons.
If you want to postpone the trip, written notice must be submitted 15 days prior to trip departure date.
If Nepal-Tibet trekking cancels your trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as war, natural disasters, conflict, harsh climate etc., we would be glad to offer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t meet your personal interest, your payments to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
We have authority to change price rate if posted in our marketing material and website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are beyond our control, like changes in exchange rate, government action etc. Domestic flight fare is frequently changing due to fuel price hike. We are committed to make a present price in our treks/tours.
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport. The clients are responsible themselves to pay charge for Nepalese visas (40 USD)
Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients undertaking any tour. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
Flights are prone to cancellations and delays for bad weather in remote areas and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest region, Annapurna region, Mustang, Dolpo, Simikot, Jumla and Rumjatar region etc.
If the flights are included in our itinerary, you are also recommended to carry extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Our company will not be responsible for these additional expenses or costs incurred from lost connections, so plan accordingly.
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belonging to you even when carried by porters, ponies or vehicles. Personal possessions, luggages are at your own risk at those times.
A tour / trek guide recommended by Nepal-Tibet Trekking (P.) Ltd reserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any illegal act, you are required to leave the tour. We will not make any refund in such case.
